A Romantic White Mountains Engagement Session | Erica & Becca

I absolutely love the White Mountains anytime of year but I am now fully in love with summer in this amazing National Forest. The way golden light settles on the river rocks, or the deep scent of pine in the air? Magical.

Erica + Becca’s love story began like many modern romances do: with a swipe. But it didn’t take long before they realized their paths had already been winding toward one another. Not only did they live close to each other—but they shared a deep affection for the same place: Conway, New Hampshire. Many of their first dates would be at The Met Coffee House.

We started their engagement session off the Kancamagus Highway, dipping our toes into the cool river and letting the late summer light wrap around them. They were endlessly playful and tender—full of natural chemistry and ease. Barefoot on the rocks, splashing each other, and laughing like no one else existed.

And that’s when Erica pointed out: “That’s a painting of where my parents were married.” It was a beautiful, painted image of the Riverwalk Hotel in Lincoln, with Loon Mountain in the background during winter.

A Personal Note

This session held extra meaning for me. Becca and I once worked together in the mental health field in Massachusetts. So being invited into this moment of joy and to document her stepping into love with someone who clearly sees her and celebrates her, was deeply special. It felt like a full-circle moment for me, too. I wish you both all the happiness in the world and I cannot wait for your 2026 intimate wedding ceremony
